Streszczenie

Artykuł dotyczy tego aspektu normalizacji z zakresu informacji geograficznej, który odnosi się do ewidencji gruntów i budynków. Normą, która ma tu najszersze zastosowanie jest PN-EN ISO 19152:2013-05E „Informacja geograficzna – Katastralny Model Administrowania Terenem (LADM)”. Od opublikowania normy minęło już dużo czasu, dlatego pojawiła się dyskusja nad opracowaniem jej nowej edycji.
W 2017 roku w Delft (Holandia) odbyły się warsztaty poświęcone temu zagadnieniu. Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie uwarunkowań opracowania nowej edycji normy ISO 19152 oraz kierunków jej dalszego rozwoju. Z przeprowadzonych w pracy rozważań wynika, że w ramach nowej edycji rozwijane będą zarówno istniejące już rozwiązania (rejestracja praw, ograniczeń, zobowiązań, kataster 3D) jak i wprowadzane nowe (moduł fiskalny/wyceny nieruchomości). Planowany prace zrealizowane mają zostać w czasie dwóch do czterech lat.
